Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken chunks and cook until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Simmer on low heat until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with sides of choice.

- You can substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
- Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread for a complete meal.
