- 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked and seasoned
- 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
- 1/4 cup spicy mayo
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the sushi rice as per package instructions and let it cool.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a clean surface, spread a layer of rice, then top with a line of spicy mayo and shrimp.
- Repeat layers to build stacked layers, gently pressing each layer in place.
- Cut into squares or rectangles, then garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and herbs.
Notes
Use fresh shrimp and high-quality sushi rice for best flavor. Feel free to customize with avocado or cucumber for added freshness.
