Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Place Brie slices in the center.
- Top Brie with fig slices and drizzle with honey.
- Fold the puff pastry edges over the cheese filling, sealing well.
- Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until puff pastry is golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm with extra honey if desired.
