- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: chopped green onions or jalapeños for extra flavor
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Mix thoroughly to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat on a cutting board or plate. Spread about a quarter of the chicken mixture over one half of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- Fold the tortilla in half over the filling to form a semicircle.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Carefully transfer the assembled quesadilla to the skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
