- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions
- Cook orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest, cook for 1 minute.
- Combine cooked orzo with shrimp mixture, then fold in feta cheese and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with additional parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
