Instructions
- Choose your cooked chicken, using rotisserie or poached chicken breasts or thighs. Shred the chicken thoroughly.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine the shredded chicken with the sauce, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated. Optionally, add chopped green onions or sesame seeds for extra flavor.
- Slice slider buns in half. Spread a generous layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom halves. Add pickles and herbs if desired. Cover with the top bun and gently press down.
- For a warm version, place sliders in a preheated air fryer for a few minutes until slightly crispy. Serve immediately or at room temperature.
