- 200 grams white chocolate, chopped or chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool cookies on wire racks. Melt white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip half of each cookie into white chocolate, then decorate with sprinkles.
- Set aside to allow the chocolate to harden before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the white chocolate is melted smoothly to prevent lumps.
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon to the dough.
