- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped

Instructions
- Let the steaks come to room temperature and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of olive oil.
- Place steaks in the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness.
- In the last minute of cooking, add butter, garlic, and herbs to the skillet.
- Once butter melts, spoon the garlic herb butter over the steaks repeatedly.
- Remove steaks from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve topped with extra garlic butter and garnished with parsley.
