- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a lined 9×9 inch pan. Chill for 20 minutes.
- Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
- Melt half of the chocolate chips and pour over the filling. Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect. Chill for 4 hours or until set.
- Warm remaining chocolate chips and drizzle over the top before cutting into bars. Serve chilled.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of sea salt on top before serving.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
