Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a lined 9×9 inch pan. Chill for 20 minutes.
  2. Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
  4. Melt half of the chocolate chips and pour over the filling. Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect. Chill for 4 hours or until set.
  5. Warm remaining chocolate chips and drizzle over the top before cutting into bars. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of sea salt on top before serving.
