- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas and melted butter in a bowl.
- Add eggs and vanilla, whisk until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
- Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

- Use very ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
- Optional: Add chocolate chips or walnuts for extra texture.
