Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Add crab meat, parsley, celery, red bell pepper, and green onions. Gently fold to combine.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled, garnished with extra parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
