- 200g block of feta cheese
- 400g cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or basil
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 400g cooked pasta (penne, spaghetti, or your choice)
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread cherry tomatoes in a baking dish and place feta cheese in the center. Drizzle with olive oil, add garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta turns golden and soft.
- While baking, cook your pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Remove the baked feta and tomatoes from the oven. Mix them with the cooked pasta to create a creamy sauce.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately.

- Add reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
