- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture into an oven-safe dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, and jalapenos.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips for dipping.
Notes
- You can add cooked ground beef or chicken for extra protein.
- Adjust spice levels with more or less jalapenos.
- This dip is best served hot but can be enjoyed cold too.
