- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1 jar marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well blended and shape into 1.5-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes until browned.
- Simmer baked meatballs in marinara sauce for an additional 10 minutes.
Notes
- You can add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Serve with pasta, bread, or on a sub sandwich.
- For extra flavor, cook the meatballs in the sauce directly instead of baking.
