Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and mince the garlic.
- In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to make the sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the chicken strips and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic to the cooked chicken and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the honey and soy sauce mixture, stirring to coat the chicken. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Season with additional salt or pepper if needed. Garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to control the spice level.
- For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or toasted sesame seeds as toppings.
- This dish pairs well with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
