- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground meat with garlic and ginger, then form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot and pour sweet chili sauce and soy sauce over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until meatballs are cooked through.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with a small amount of water and stir into the sauce, cook on high for 15 minutes to thicken.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.

- For a spicier version, add a dash of crushed red pepper flakes.
