- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup julienned carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken strips in sweet chili sauce for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas slightly in the oven or microwave.
- Spread a little sweet chili sauce on each tortilla.
- Place cooked chicken in the center, then top with lettuce, carrots, and cilantro.
- Wrap tightly, fold the ends, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
- For extra crunch, add sliced bell peppers or cucumber.
