- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Brush generously with hot honey.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with feta cheese, and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Adjust the heat of the honey according to your spice preference. For a creamier feta topping, sprinkle with additional feta after baking.
