- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, ginger, pepper, and soy sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- While meatballs bake, in a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add honey and minced garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and toss the cooked meatballs in the honey garlic sauce or drizzle over before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute soy sauce with coconut aminos for a gluten-free option.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or sesame oil to the sauce.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or over cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
