Scale
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko bread crumbs.
  3. Dredge shrimp in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko.
