- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey; cook for 2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine, ensuring noodles are coated with sauce.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving hot.

- Adjust seasoning with more soy sauce or honey to taste.
- You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for variety.
