Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Spread the buffalo chicken evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are crispy.
- Remove from oven, garnish with green onions, cilantro, and red chili flakes.
- Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing before serving.
