- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into strips

- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha or chili paste
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup shredded cabbage or lettuce
- Chopped green onions and cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dip chicken strips into the mixture until coated evenly.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey to make the spicy sauce.
- Serve the crispy chicken over rice, top with shredded vegetables, and drizzle with the spicy sauce. Garnish with green onions and cilantro.

- You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for variation.
- Adjust spice level by increasing or decreasing sriracha.
