- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp ketchup

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated. Form into 1-1.5 inch meatballs.
- Whisk together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Set aside.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker and pour the gravy mixture over them. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until meatballs are cooked through and tender.
- Gently transfer meatballs and gravy to a serving dish. Garnish with parsley if desired, and serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables.

- For a gluten-free version, substitute gluten-free bread crumbs.
- If using turkey or chicken, adjust cooking times slightly and ensure they are cooked through.
