Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine cooked shredded chicken, cauliflower, bell peppers, onions, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Mix in sour cream and mayonnaise until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish, spread evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
