Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garam masala, then cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Pour in tomato sauce and stir to combine.
- Reduce heat and add heavy cream; simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley before serving.
