- 2 cups cooked pulled beef
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut puff pastry into squares of approximately 3×3 inches.
- Place a spoonful of pulled beef in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the corners to the center and pinch to seal, forming a pouch.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffy and golden brown.
Notes
- Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking.
- Serve with a side of salsa or dipping sauce.
