Discover how to make delicious and easy garlic chicken wraps in just 25 minutes with our Quick Garlic Chicken Wraps recipe. Perfect for busy weeknights and quick lunches, these wraps combine tender chicken, aromatic garlic, and melty cheese wrapped in a soft tortilla for a flavorful and satisfying meal.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh lettuce or spinach leaves
  • Optional: diced tomatoes, sliced avocados, or hot sauce for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika if desired. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown. Rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Warm tortillas to make them pliable. Spread garlic-infused oil on each, then layer with lettuce or spinach. Add sliced chicken, sprinkle cheese, and optional toppings. Roll up tightly, folding in the sides.
  4. Place the wrapped tortillas in a heated skillet or panini press for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts and tortillas are crispy. Alternatively, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8 minutes.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in microwave or skillet. The wraps may lose some crispiness upon storage but will reheat well.
