Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the broth over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Gently add the potstickers to the broth and cook for 8-10 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil; adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions, chili slices, and cilantro if desired.

- For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili oil.
