- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook onion until translucent, then add garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Add chicken chunks and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, garam masala, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot over steamed rice.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less paprika and garam masala.
- For a richer sauce, add extra butter or cream.
