Instructions

- Evenly spread shredded mozzarella over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.

- Layer pepperoni slices over the cheese, add shredded chicken or turkey if desired, then top with parmesan cheese.
- Carefully roll the dough from one side to form a tight log.
