- 1 cup orzo pasta

Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic; cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in dry orzo pasta, cooking for 1-2 minutes to toast slightly.
- Pour in beef broth, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until orzo is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from heat, stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Garnish with diced pickles, chopped green onions, and serve hot.
