Instructions
- Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, lemon juice (if using), garlic butter, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Lay a tortilla flat and evenly spread a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the center. Top with cheese and additional fillings if desired.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from bottom to top to enclose the filling.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in a preheated skillet or grill pan. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Alternatively, use an air fryer or oven for crisping.
