Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape mixture into 1-1.5 inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a skillet, heat marinara sauce over medium heat. Add baked meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
