Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the pie crust in a pie dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, flour, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the lemon filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the filling is set and slightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and spread over the cooled pie.
- Garnish with lemon slices and additional zest if desired.
