- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup corn syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into an 8×8 inch baking pan to form the crust.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, corn syrup, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and set.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars and serving.
Notes
For added flavor, top with extra pecans or drizzle with caramel sauce before serving. Keep refrigerated for best results.
