Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté bell peppers and onions until tender.
- Add sliced beef, season with salt and pepper, cook until browned and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and stir in half of the cheese until melted and combined.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly onto tortillas or wraps, then sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Roll up tightly, slice if desired, and serve warm.
