Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Rest chicken for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken with herbs and lemon juice prior to seasoning. Serve with your favorite sides.
