Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the vegan puff pastry or dough on a floured surface.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle vegan cheese and seasonings.
- Roll the dough tightly into a long log, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, brush lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
