  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast: In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Make the dough: In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and melted butter. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
  3. Let rise: Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Shape rolls: Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape each into a ball and place on a greased baking sheet.
