- 1 cup warm milk

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Activate the yeast: In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Make the dough: In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and melted butter. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
- Let rise: Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape rolls: Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape each into a ball and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Prepare garlic butter: Combine minced garlic, melted butter, and chopped parsley. Brush over each roll.
- Add cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan on top of each roll.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
