Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a lined baking pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and cinnamon.
- Fold in chopped apples gently. Pour over crust and bake for 40-45 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool completely, then spread caramel sauce over the top. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
