Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas and melted butter.
- Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine dry ingredients with banana mixture until just mixed.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan.
- Swirl a cinnamon mixture (¼ cup sugar + 1 teaspoon cinnamon) into the batter.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
