  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 package (10 oz) vanilla wafers
  • Optional garnishes: mint leaves, chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions and chill.
  2. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Break vanilla wafers into smaller pieces.
  4. Layer a third of the wafers at the bottom of a large trifle dish.
  5. Add a layer of mixed berries over the wafers.
  6. Spread a layer of pudding over berries, then add a layer of whipped cream.
  7. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with whipped cream on top.
  8. Garnish with extra berries, mint, or chocolate shavings.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
