- 2 cups fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 package (10 oz) vanilla wafers
- Optional garnishes: mint leaves, chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions and chill.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Break vanilla wafers into smaller pieces.
- Layer a third of the wafers at the bottom of a large trifle dish.
- Add a layer of mixed berries over the wafers.
- Spread a layer of pudding over berries, then add a layer of whipped cream.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with extra berries, mint, or chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.

- Use fresh, ripe berries for optimal flavor.
- Chill the pudding and whipped cream thoroughly for best texture.
- Can be prepared a day in advance but add toppings just before serving.
