Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Mix in pureed pumpkin, crushed tomatoes, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve the sauce over cooked pasta and garnish with fresh herbs or grated cheese.
