- 4 large zucchinis, sliced thin
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Slice zucchinis thinly and toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Layer zucchini slices in the dish, spreading marinara sauce over each layer.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, then season with Italian herbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving garnished with fresh herbs.
