Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz spaghetti or pasta of choice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
