- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill or cook in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through. Slice into strips.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cooked pasta, chicken slices, and grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet, tossing to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
- You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for variety.
