Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground turkey until browned; season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add diced onion and garlic to the turkey; cook until translucent.
- Layer sweet potatoes in a baking dish, spread the cooked turkey mixture over the sweet potatoes.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
