Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Layer sliced sweet potatoes in a baking dish. Spread cooked turkey over the sweet potatoes.
- If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender and cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
