Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add chicken chunks to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped fresh herbs or a dash of red pepper flakes.
- Soaking wooden skewers prevents them from burning on the grill.
- Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving.
